Director of Growth Marketing

This Director will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing a fast-scaling growth marketing strategy. You will have responsibility for growing the business and finding ways to acquire, engage and re-engage our customers across our product suite. This role requires a strong analytical background and a knack for distilling and communicating insights. We’re looking for a passionate performance marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer acquisition in paid channels including: Search, Social, Display, Affiliate Networks
  • Identify new paid channels with high ROI potential
  • Lead organic search strategy
  • Deliver against key metrics including traffic, subscriber growth, revenue growth, cost per acquisition, and lead generation
  • Partner across marketing org to help optimize all online customer acquisition and retention channels, including content strategy, social media, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing
  • Work cross-functionally to develop best-in-class digital channel attribution, data insights, and reporting
  • Partner with internal creative, product and engineering teams to identify product enhancements and features that will be instrumental in branding and marketing
  • Set benchmarks and establish analytics for key performance criteriaWhat we’re looking for

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing
  • Experience scaling growth through paid (social, search, display) and organic acquisition channels
  • Deep understanding of and experience with the entire user lifecycle, particularly Customer Acquisition, Conversion and Engagement
  • Experience managing digital agencies and vendors
  • On-site marketing--conversion, landing page optimization--a plus
  • Experience with a subscription product a plus
